Jessica runs the machine: the finance, compliance, security and systems that keep MyPholyo standing upright while it moves fast. A law conversion graduate with a quick wit and a competitive streak on any pitch or court, she brings the rigour of both to the engine room. If something at MyPholyo happened on time and worked first try, Jessica is usually the reason.

Nadeem Shabir
CTO · Platform and technical foundations
Nadeem shapes the technical foundations of MyPholyo. He comes to us from BibliU, where he was Staff Engineer, and before that led platform engineering at Talis: 30 years in the industry, two decades of them building systems that millions of people depend on daily. He is also living the thing we are building, writing weekly on AI and the craft of software, mentoring engineers and advising early-stage startups.

Vicky owns the MyPholyo brand and everything it touches: the creative, revenue optimisation, communications and PR, events including the Playground, and the Founding Ambassador programme. A fractional CMO with 15 years across the UK and the Gulf, she is a multi-income earner in practice as well as title. She uses the product daily, and it shows.
