What do I get?
Your Pholyo stack (every role and stream in one place), your archetype, your earnings and potential, your benchmark against people doing the same work, a record you can have verified by the people who paid you, and the roles that fit. The MyPholyo Assistant reads the week's market news against your rates. It is in beta now, and mapping your Pholyo is how you get in.
Who sees my numbers?
Nobody, unless you say so. Your figures stay private and only your position among your peers is ever compared. Your MyPholyo Verified record is shared when you decide, with whom you decide.
Do I have to pay for the MyPholyo Mapper?
No. The MyPholyo Mapper is free, and your results are ready the moment you finish.
What is MyPholyo Verified?
An engagement confirmed by the organisation that paid for it. LinkedIn records what you say about yourself and rate surveys only report averages; a verified engagement carries a named organisation standing behind it. It cannot be faked or bought, the record belongs to you, and nothing is shared without your say-so.
