So the day is built around doing. You map your Pholyo, benchmark your rate, film your story and see MyPholyo working on a question of your own. The talks sit between the play blocks and earn their place there.
It is also the day MyPholyo goes fully live, on stage, in the room and in your hands.

One hundred seats. Tickets are on sale.
The room is capped at 100 and every seat is allocated. Tickets are £120 plus VAT, which is £144 at checkout, and every request is reviewed because we are curating the room.
Every ticket includes the full day, the swag bag, the fireworks, and three months of MyPholyo, free.

She opens the Playground, takes MyPholyo live on stage after lunch, and closes the day from the same stage. Everything in between belongs to the room.

Jimmy McLoughlin OBE

Jimmy was the Prime Minister's Business Director at Number 10 from 2016 to 2019, and took an OBE in 2024 for services to business and entrepreneurship. He now hosts Jimmy's Jobs of the Future, which draws more than 100,000 listeners a month, runs the creative studio Boxlight, and sits on the King's Awards for Enterprise advisory panel. He joins Mark Evans on the morning panel.

Kerensa advises boards and coaches chief executives across critical national infrastructure, real estate, maritime, agentic AI, data, education and retail, after a career that took in BT as Group Director of Data Platforms, the BBC as Head of Strategic Delivery, and a Royal social enterprise at Buckingham Palace that she ran as chief executive. She is a trustee of the Sir John Soane Museum, co-hosts the AI series of The Tech Leaders Podcast, and wrote the bestselling thriller Seas of Snow. Her Pholyo is about as wide as they get.
Our Founding Ambassadors host the zones across both Playground blocks, and the afternoon stage session is announced in October. Stage time is curated, never sold.
